At no point have I seen Binance ask the other party to provide video proof.

At the same time, when someone sells crypto to me and I have made the payment and they've gone offline and haven't released the crypto, Binance expects me to provide video proof that I've sent the payment. When I sell crypto and don't receive a payment from a buyer and yet they (other party) mark the trade as "paid", Binance expects me to provide video proof that I haven't received the payment. When there is an appeal involved, the process is tedious and demands a lot from the person/merchant that placed the ad.
Pathetic - & so unprofessional.īinance P2P is fine when both parties do their part properly and there is no fraud involved. In any event, saying that Visa, Mastercard, UK banks, international banks are not available options is ludicrous!! I just moved my entire portfolio to another platform. Regardless of what option I clicked to pay into (Mastercard, Visa, overseas Visa and even my Binance cash balance), it came up with the following excuses: 1) Card number is not supported The processor of cards (visa, master) you are using is not supported. SCAM!! Easy to deposit funds but IMPOSSIBLE to sell. SCAM! Binance is such a crooked operation!!
